Roderick first tried yoga in 2008 at a university gym. The poses quickly inspired a study of body, breath and internal awareness.
Over the past decade he has maintained a regular study and personal practice of yoga. Through yoga studios in Montreal, Toronto and Stratford, he is grateful to have learned from as many different teachers, yoga backgrounds and modern approaches as he could. Roderick fosters safe, healthy and accessible classes for all. His classes both challenge and relax the unique body, breath and mind of each student.
Roderick completed almost 800 hours in yoga teacher training.
