After taking up running in 2013, I started going to hot yoga classes to help with the physical aspects of the sport, and improve my strength and flexibility. I quickly realized the profound impact of the practice; physically, mentally and spiritually. I loved it, and felt that this was a gift I needed to share with others! My journey as an instructor began in 2017 in Kelowna, BC.
Each time we step into the hot room we discover new growth, acceptance and transformation, and I am excited to be part of this journey with you!
