In this 4 week series Roderick will focus on transitioning into some more “advanced” postured and will focus on a different peak posture each week. This special series is for our more experienced students who want to deepen their practice, have some fun, and get out of their comfort zone!

Week 2, Nov 11th: Forward Fold
Week 3, Nov 18th: Arm Balance & Inversions
Week 4, Nov 25th: Twists & Bends
Class format is a 30 minute workshop style with Q&A, followed by a 30 minute Asana practice. Use your regular class pass/membership, or pay for a single drop in, or use our special series pricing to get all 4 classes for $48.

Our Friday Karma classes will support Stratford Basketeers until Nov 18th!
This program fills baskets with household items that can benefit a woman coming out of the shelter and into the world. Things like household items, bathroom items, and feminine hygiene products can be very helpful to someone trying to get back on their feet.
There are 2 baskets at the studio, we are accepting donations any time all month long. You can also bring a donation item instead of $5 for both Karma and community classes. Thanks for your support. Every small bit helps.

Energy Exchangers (EE’s) are an integral part of our studio family – their passion and dedication is what makes our community so special. In exchange for working one 4 hour shift per week, either at the front desk or cleaning the studio, EE’s will receive unlimited yoga and lots of other perks!
